Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 09.10.2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to grizzly-winch.com (the “Website”), operated by WTD Logistic SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our Website and purchase our winches and accessories.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details.
• Non-Personal Information: Browser type, device information, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Process and fulfill your orders.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve our Website and user experience.
• Send promotional emails (with your consent).
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information with:

• Payment processors to facilitate transactions.
• Shipping providers to deliver your orders.
• Legal authorities if required by law.
• Third-party service providers for website analytics and marketing.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Necessary cookies — set by WooCommerce so the cart, checkout and your account work (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*). They are always on, because the shop cannot work without them.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) helps us see how visitors use the site, and WooCommerce order attribution (sbjs_*) records how a visitor reached the shop. They are set only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.

Your choice is stored for 6 months in the gw_consent cookie. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal data.
• Opt-out of marketing communications.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent where applicable.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies and encourage you to review them.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
